1. Service Definition

Cronorise ("Application") is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to create construction process videos of buildings uploaded by users. The Application provides users with additional features such as historical period filters and social media integration.

2. User Account and Responsibility

By using the Application, you agree to accept the following responsibilities:

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account
• Be responsible for all account activities
• Use the Application only for legal purposes
• Not use anyone else's content without permission
• Not engage in activities that would damage the Application

3. User Content

All photos, videos, and other content you upload to the Application ("User Content"):

• Must be your own or licensed material
• May not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property
• Is licensed to Cronorise for use on the Application and social media
• Can be deleted after upload, but previously published content may remain published

4. Prohibition of Illegal Use

You may not use the Application for:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment, threatening, or disturbing others
• Creating false or misleading identities
• Sending spam or distributing malicious software
• Reverse engineering or hacking the Application
• Creating inappropriate content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Cronorise application and all its components (design, code, graphics, etc.) are owned by Cronorise. You are only granted the right to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use. We prohibit copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from the Application.

6. Service Changes and Termination

Cronorise reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the service to improve quality or functionality. We may do this without prior notice and without any liability requirements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is". Cronorise makes no express or implied warranties. We make no warranties regarding content, functionality, and service availability.

Cronorise is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or financial loss resulting from your use of the Application.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cronorise's liability is limited. In no event shall Cronorise be liable for amounts exceeding what you have paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of liability for indirect damages.

9. Modification of Terms

Cronorise reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we publish changes, continued use of the Application is deemed to be acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are subject to and governed by Turkish Law and fall under the jurisdiction of Turkish Courts.
